You can not post a blank message. that seems excessive...anyway it sounds like you just need to use an administrator account, right click on the folder you want to access, go to properties, and adjust the permissions so Anyone have a permanent fix? This seems to be a serious Windows 7 glitch that all the experts are walking around rather than addressing (not that I'm suggesting they are doing so intentionally). It's got to be something simple.
