To keep it short, one of my monitors was not popping up (it ended up being the cable), but when I was in the settings I clicked... Is there a way I can... Windows only detects one screen and has booted up with signal to the display a couple of times in a row. I still have several monitors showing up in display settings and my installation of the 314.07 drivers failed soon after starting. Now in W8.1 Update, I can see all the apps that I've pined to the active... If this is the case, having the video card replaced will fix the problem.

So I had to search for my driver manually and then it was fixed! It's connected with a HDMI cord and has worked fine before I downloaded the new Windows 10 version. I have attempted to install the driver for the secondary secondary monitor which I found online, however I don't think it is supported on windows 7, as I get a it Phantom Monitor Windows 10 I know for a fact the BIOS has a setting for dual monitor support, but a fresh install of your OS shouldn't have reset it. I wonder if it is only affects people running windows 7?

Remove Third Display Windows 7 it does recognize them, however my second monitor is only is recognized when the power is off.
