Start by opening the Control Panel, then see if there is any printer software listed there. Use the "File", "Print" method of printing instead of clicking on the "Print" button.Just making sure here...You mentioned Outlook Express 6 but haven't mentioned your version of Internet Explorer...Are you using Any ideas?
