Trying To Instsall Fax Software

I have to open fax monitor and click on Answer Call to receive an incoming fax… Can you help please? Your directions worked perfectly. I just play like the phone cord coming out of the MagicJack is a regular phone cord with the other end plugged in to the wall. It's not very obvious at all. The file permissions on the Temp folder that the Fax Upload uses are incorrect. Can I send faxes through internet connection only ? Our highly rated Windows fax software gets even better.
