When i run off my integrated graphics i don't get this issue. Anyway since i installed cs4 and ran the new drivers and reg entry flash video playback within all my browsers has suffered. I followed PPMan's advice to install the ATI Radeon graphics card. I dont know will that help me on win7 too. Would you like to tell us about a lower price? I hate to say it, but you may have things at a state where it might be best to back everything up and reinstall from scratch with the ATI card in.
