No, create an account now. But it is very suspect to just have a folder named Setup and then a file named setup.exe in that folder. I just let the programs run while I was taking care of other things, so it wasn't TOO bad. I was going to use an online scanner to double check, but just haven't had the time to do that yet.

Thank you in advance. If that had been the legitimate file it would have been in the system32 directory itself and not a subdirectory of it. You can use this replacement to try to get your programs working again. Looking at the files it appeared to be a zip moto.cab file or something and was with another file that was from the Panda software firm.
